PROJECT INFORMATION
This project involved the upgrade of several distribution boards throughout the Centre that had been deemed a hazard by an electrical engineer.
The project also involved the replacement and upgrade of a main switchboard on site to accommodate a load increase.

SCOPE OF WORKS PERFORMED
- Manage Council and on-site customer expectations
- Organise multiple power outages without affecting customer operations
- Liaise with multiple contractors to complete works
- Manage pre-set project budget
- Manage on-site technicians
- Coordinate with relevant authorities
- Implementation and execution of safety documentation
- Monitoring of onsite activities
- Deliver within strict project timeline constraints
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
A major achievement during this project was replacing the 1500A main switchboard overnight during a single 10-hour shift. This involved a high level of planning and management, and coordination with multiple key stakeholders.
