Examined current package units and air distribution systems
Spoke with customer about rearranging current air distribution system to match layout of package unit on roof and current tenancy
Looked at drafted plans and made plans to change air distribution to suit expected results
Reviewed plans
Custom ordered parts to rearrange the 2 package units
Turned off 1 package unit and removed pieces of duct and installed new pieces
Turned off other package unit and removed redundant pieces of duct and installed new pieces
Ran new flex duct to cushion heads in correct location
Installed commercial sized exhaust hood
Ran new exhaust duct through roof and installed fans to suit exhaust needs
Mounted grill frames and attached grills to cushion heads
Wired up return air and exhaust air fans for exhaust hood
