PROJECT INFORMATION
Platinum were engaged to upgrade the mechanical services maximum capacity at Calvary Trevu and Calvary Homestead aged care sites. The works consisted of increasing the supply at both sites to accommodate the removal of evaporative air conditioning and installation of new ducted reverse cycle.
What was involved:
- New consumers mains were installed from the onsite transformer to a new main switchboard at both sites
- The new 600A switchboards were equipped with CT metering and custom built for the design.
- Submains were installed to additional mechanical services switchboards around the facility’s including a 90 Meter cable installed under the carpark.
- End to end project management
- Project safety and development of WHSMP
- Close consideration of the environment that we’re working in to not disrupt staff and residents on-site.
