We have established and maintain a detailed electrical asset register across all SCS sites. This register supports proactive maintenance planning, compliance scheduling, and asset life-cycle tracking — ensuring complete visibility and informed decision-making for all stakeholders.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Platinum Electricians provides preventative and reactive maintenance, project works, and urgent response services across all SCS sites. Our services include:

  • Testing & Compliance: RCD testing and rectifications, thermal imaging of switchboards and comms/server rooms, microwave testing, surge protection installation, smoke alarm testing, repairs, and installations — all tracked and managed via the asset register.
  • General Maintenance: Fault finding and repairs, urgent make-safes, hand dryer installations, emergency lighting repairs, electronic gate maintenance.
  • Switchboard Works: Relocations, repairs, upgrades, and replacements.
    Lighting: Internal and external lighting upgrades, energy-efficient retrofits, and emergency lighting solutions.
  • Support: Electrical advice and 24/7 emergency response.
