Service Coordinator
THE ROLE
Are you a WELL ORGANISED Service Coordinator who has worked in a trade-based business before and looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company?
Platinum Electricians is looking for an experienced service coordinator who can plan, organise and maintain our expanding electrical company.
We are searching for a Customer & Technician Support Specialist who provides seamless support that ensures the smooth delivery of services. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between our customers and technicians, ensuring both sides have the resources and information they need to succeed.
This is a permanent full-time position Monday – Friday role hours 8am – 4pm.
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery within this role you will take responsibility for:

Job creation

Supportive functions such as combined mailboxes and phone calls

Contribute to daily scheduling for over 18 technicians and 15 apprentices

Ensure clients’ PO’s and certain job requirements are fulfilled

Follow unique systems and procedures stipulated by clients as necessary.

Achieve daily job response times and management in SimPRO

Process paperwork, price and invoice jobs

Communicate efficiently between technicians, contractors and customers to ensure 5-star service

Manage and promptly respond to all emails.
You must have an excellent communicator and present the organisation in a professional manner. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
To be successful you will have:
- Working knowledge of scheduling software, preferably SimPRO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Must have a “CAN DO’ attitude
- Capable to think outside the box and take initiative
- Can work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Can work under pressure and should be reliable at all times
- Ability to prioritise, with excellent time management skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile and be a strong team player
